Purpose
This document regulates the contracting of the services offered by Catalina Garau Garau through the website https://www.catalinagarau.com.

Services
• Personalized energetic drawings.
• Therapeutic drawing workshops (online and in-person).
• Regressive therapy (online and in-person).

Contracting process
Users may request services through the website forms or by contacting via email. The contract is considered formalized once payment is confirmed.

Prices and payment methods
Service prices include VAT and, where applicable, shipping costs. Payments are made via Bizum, PayPal, bank transfer, or Stripe.

Withdrawal, cancellation, and refund policy
• Personalized energetic drawings: as these are unique custom-made works, there is no right of withdrawal or refund (art. 103.c LCU).
• Workshops with a fixed date: these are leisure activities with a specific date; therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.l LCU). Once registration is completed, the amount is non-refundable, although a date or spot change may be offered for an equivalent workshop, subject to availability.
• Regressive therapy: the user has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of contracting, provided the session has not begun.
– Cancellation more than 14 days in advance: full refund.
– Cancellation within 14 days: no refund, but rescheduling is allowed.
– Once the session has begun, the client acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal (art. 103.a LCU).

Limitation of liability
The services offered are artistic, spiritual, and related to personal accompaniment. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care under any circumstances.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Palma (Mallorca).
